Definition of corporation or group of enterprises is given. Problems and specificity of corporate management are considered. The model of material-financial streams (MMFS) of the enterprise groups is taken into consideration. It intends for the description of functional interrelation between industrial basic parameters of the enterprise and calculation of projects of the operating influences, shown to the person who is making the decision. Criteria of management by financial streams of enterprise group in the framework of this model are formulated.
