The article examines the questions of automation of process of structurally-parameters synthesis of primary transformers on the basis of fractal conception. Possibilities are examined with the use of standard and specialized graphics editors. A conclusion is done about expedience of development of principle new graphic environment. Also the technical project of the created graphic environment is described in the article.
