The article desribes the scheduling business-process in multiple-discipline university by the example of Astrakhan state university and also one of the posiible ways of this process’s re-engineering. The methods are: the centralization of data gathering, storage and processing; university’s rooms day-to-day management; the scheduling process’s components automation.
