At present, among all automated systems for search of new technical solutions only the «Intellect» automated system enables to range obtained alternatives and select the best technical solutions basing on fixed totality of ten performance characteristics. However as far as requirements increase both to technical objects themselves and to their performance characteristics, the need appears to study totality of performance characteristics concerning fixity and number of performance characteristics in the totality considered.
