In the article the short summary of theoretical principles of the “learning through teaching” method and practical aspects of its application are described. Premises of network communication methods usage for consideration of taught group were formulated. A taught group is looked at as a transient social structure. The role of social capital in collective resources mobilization for effective model of neural network is analysed.
