The concept of modular and hierarchical modeling of a physical principle of operation of new technical solutions is offered which allows to synthesize chains of a physical principle of operation of difficult structure that considerably expands possibilities of the automated research designing. On the basis of the offered concept the model of correction of an additive temperature error is realised.
