The general characteristic of design organizations is given. Their choice as objects for the analysis is proved. Features of office equipment park structure connected with specific character of design activity are considered. Typical configurations of the computer equipment used in the design organizations for various groups of specialists are resulted. Possible approaches to estimation methods of saturation of the organisations by office equipment and intensity of its operation are analysed.
