The article is dedicated to quality management problems of T.B. prophylactic Astrakhan regional centre. We have considered the most actual issues of perfection of medical care quality. We suggested structure QMS of the T.B. prophylactic hospital centre, revealed base processes of the hospital centre activity, showed interrelation of the documents circulation automation with quality of the rendering medical care.
