Statistical methods of the analysis and quality management

The analysis of the radical reasons of discrepancies and realization of correcting actions are the major elements of any initiative on quality improvement. The decision of these problems is especially important for organisations with difficult processes because of a great number of possibilities of error occurrence. In such cases difficult ways of the decision of problems are usually applied. However, it is often enough to apply simple instruments – for example, the diagramme of Pareto and a card of processes. The instruments of quality considered in the article allow to reveal and display in time problems and to establish major factors from which it is necessary to come into operation.
