The role of training of environment comfort for maintenance of universities’ competitiveness is shown. The major factors, defining comfort of this environment from the viewpoint of lecturers and students, are considered. Possible objects of management and approaches to management of training environment parametres with application of technical methods are analysed. Mathematical models for optimisation of the decisions connected with long-term and operational management of training environment comfort are offered.
