The technologies and methods analysis for foreign students’ attracting to regional Russian universities  // Caspian journal : management and high technologies. — 2009. — №4. — pp. 73-79.

The article covers the reasons of Russian universities’ interest in foreign students. The foreign student body (contingent) features in regional Russian universities are described. The analysis of reasons and major factors, causing a choice of Russia, concrete region and university as a place of training is given. Universities’ possibilities in management of some factors are shown. Possible methods of foreign students’ attraction and directions of information technologies utilization for this goal are investigated.
