The structure of information environment factors for foreign students studying at regional Russian universities is considered. Possible methods of maintenance of foreign students’ language preparation are analysed. Issues of information technologies usage in comfortable information training environment maintenance are investigated in detail. The structure of educational paper and electronic materials for foreign students, methods of formation of such materials are described.
