Questions of creation of a synergy of the organization by means of the Balanced Scorecard are considered. The concept “synergy” is given. The system analysis of process creation of strategic conformity is carried out. Criteria of selection of indicators in the Balanced Scorecard database are formulated. The method of formation of the Balanced Scorecard on the basis of artificial neural networks depending on strategy is resulted. The approach to an estimation synergetic effect of the Balanced Scorecard is given.
