An object of the study is a system of the quality monitoring to realization of the educational process of the high school at a rate of faculty at presence of business-customer of ICT. Purpose of the work is a development and approbation to system models of the educational process quality monitoring in high school at a rate of corporative faculty at presence of business-customer of ICT.
