The multiagent decision support system (DSS) in the sphere of planning distribution of the financial resources in the terms of damping of the company groups is described. Its tasks, demands, advantages and disadvantages are shown. The review and the analysis of methods and technologies which are necessary for creation, construction and also maintenance of factors of interaction and functioning of similar systems are considered.
