A mathematical model that incorporates a quantum-chemical methods for the optimized structure of dioxins, the components of cell membranes (polypeptides, carbohydrates, lipids, phospholipids), dipole moments of the structures and thermodynamic their interaction is created with the use of apparatus of quantum mechanics.
