With reference to the restructuring of higher education within the framework of the concepts of the Bologna Process graduates’ compliance with the requirements of the labor market is determined primarily by received profile of competencies, which is realized through the development of a student’s specific skills and knowledge after studying a particular set of modules. Competitiveness of the University depends on its ability to promptly adjust educational content in accordance with the requirements of the regional labor market. The article makes an emphasis on impact accounting format possible changes of employer, as an education services product consumer, on the individual educational content through an assessment of the content to build an individual profile of competences. Variants of expert commissions surveys to obtain data for analysis are considered. It is proposed to use double-sided assessment: experts from the labor market assess value of specified competences for professional activity direction, and experts from the academic community assess the extent of a specified module involvement in the specified competence development. For surveys application forms and tools for questioning are designed. Results of surveys analysis and assessment are the foundation for individual competence profile building, which is the basis of their chosen profession.
