Now sharply there is a problem of invalids rehabilitation in all countries of the West. The quantity of patients with diseases of the central nervous system increases every year, new versions of illnesses, therefore the medical centres where diagnostics is spent a similar kind come to light, need the software which will allow experts to differentiate illnesses, to estimate and predict a possible condition of the patient. In work questions of patients with infringements of the central nervous system rehabilitation, efficiency of diagnostics of diseases are considered. As the tool of improvement of rehabilitation quality the system of support of decision-making on rehabilitation of children with infringements of the central nervous system is offered. As a result of the analysis of subject domain and, in particular, kinds of indicators of a condition of children with infringements of the central nervous system it is established that files of the medical and biologic information accumulated as a result of research on diseases CNS represent various and diverse on sources, methods of reception the data which in an initial condition are unacceptable for the task in view decision. For the purpose of formalisation and structurization of criteria of a condition and dynamics of its change at children from infringement of the central nervous system for their further use in information system authors develop system of indicators. On the basis of system of indicators the information and logical model of system of support of decision-making on rehabilitation of children with infringements of the central nervous system is created.
