This work is one of the stages of solution of the problem of synthesis of the information model of behavior of groups of autonomous intelligent agents for biomedical systems. Before was made a formulation of the problem and its justification, then was developed the mathematical apparatus that meets the requirements of the simulation of the behavior of groups of autonomous intelligent agents. At this stage, has been developed the algorithm of behavior that describes the sequential purposeful actions of autonomous intelligent agents during the execution of their task. An important feature of the developed algorithm is that it takes into account the specificity of biomedical systems. After the development of this algorithm it is necessary to conduct an experimental research of the model to evaluate the adequacy of behavior forecast.
