Management of efficiency of medical care is one of the most important problems of domestic health care. Authors of article consider theoretical and methodological problems, connected with management of availability and services quality in the most resource-intensive area - hi-tech medical care (HTMC). In article are shown specifics of the solution of problems of control and quality management of HTMC in the conditions of broad informatization of health sector, integration of the equipment for HTMC into medical information systems of medical institutions. In particular it is noted that the existing normative documents don't allow to carry out full monitoring of quality of HTMC, objectively to estimate quality of activity in this sphere. Authors offered two approaches to monitoring of quality of HTMC - by formation and analysis of the HTMC technological standard and the standard of HTMC productivity. Authors offered ways of calculation of the quality standards, which are brought to concrete settlement formula. Also in article is consider a perspective of an assessment and management of economic efficiency of standards introduction to HTMC sphere. The offered techniques and recommendations can be used for development and implementation of concrete decisions in HTMC sphere.
