Especially the use of fuzzy logic (FL) was considered for the development of catalytic reforming (CR) process control. The rationale for the use of FL was shown as a tool that allows formalizing the qualitative information about the process. The object of research is unit the stabilization of CR. The issues of developing a temperature control system bottom stabilizer column (BSC) based on FL were reviewed. The subject of research is temperature control system BSC. The importance of research related to the problem of obtaining effective process control model CR containing quantitative and qualitative information on the process. The plant capacity CR and quality characteristics of manufactured products CR are being increased. Research objectives are analysis of existing models of management of CR, classification models, development of a temperature control system BSC based on FL. The technological scheme of the block of stabilization of catalysate was described. The works in the field of modeling and control of process CR were introduced. The classification of methods control of process CR was performed. Modeling of fuzzy controller (FC) temperature of BSC was performed with the package MATLAB fuzzy logic (Fuzzy Logic Toolbox). A fuzzy inference system Mamdani was selected. The defuzzification of linguistic variables was produced by the method of center of gravity. The number of terms of linguistic variables (input and output parameters FC) was taken equal to 3. The triangular membership functions was used for a description of the input and output variables. The approach to the accumulation of production rules FC was proposed. A comparative evaluation of the quality of the obtained transient processes in systems with NR and PID-controller reflects the significant advantages of NR when it is embedded in the automated process control system CR.
