In article are considered features of administrative-territorial division and executive authorities (EA) of the republic Azerbaijan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the republic Turkmenistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan. For regions of these countries, adjacent to the Caspian Sea, are given numbers of population and the areas of their territories. Authors are shown the role of websites usage in the activities of these regions EA. In article is justified feasibility of the analysis of regions EA information presence in Internet at three hierarchical levels: regional (the region, the republic, ostan, akimat, velayit); district, local (municipality, village council, rural district etc.). Authors are analyzed the nomenclature and features of EA websites creation in different countries and regions, functionality of these websites, approaches to their information filling, the principles of the organization of interfaces with users etc. In article are provided tables with main characteristics of the websites for considered EA: times of homepages opening; estimates of websites page numbers; the numbers of the entering and outgoing links - as a measure of websites information connectivity with Internet space; websites attendance indices. Information refresh rates of EA websites at different hierarchical levels are estimated. Authors also are drawn conclusions about completeness of the nomenclature, merits and demerits of the considered websites.
