Municipal systems of the cities: the analysis of goals and opportunities for management intellectualization on the basis of information and communication technologies usage

In this article are proved the role of the municipal systems in support of functioning of infrastructure cities; ensuring comfort of accommodation for the population of the cities, necessary operating conditions of the organizations. From viewpoints of various groups of legal entities and physical persons are considered the purposes and features of information and telecommunication technologies usage for monitoring and the management organization for sets of municipal systems-objects, and also some questions of information security of their usage. Authors are analyzed the existing and perspective opportunities for intellectualization of processes of information receipt, its processing/ analysis and management for the following categories of centralized municipal systems in the cities: heat supplies for buildings/constructions; drinking water (cold water) supply; hot water supply for domestic needs; sewerages (household, industrial, storm); providing consumers with the electric power; urban environment lighting; gas supply; garbage removal and, perhaps, its processing; management of green plantings condition; monitoring and quality management of the cities air environment. In article are shown functional and other interrelations between the solution of tasks of various municipal systems management, possibilities of coordination of municipal systems -management with information and communication technologies usage.
