Rational organization’s workforce management is one of the key factors of its successful functioning. At the same time, employees’ behavior greatly depends on the degree and quality of their awareness, including that of the importance of information security measures in conditions of broad development of information and communication technologies. Therefore, it would be appropriate to apply informational management methods, so that it would be possible to exert accurate, directed and flexible influence on separate employees and groups of them. A mathematical model of information exchange between employees was developed with the purpose of studying the influence of information influence methods. According to the model, a piece of information that motivates employees to perform their duties better is transmitted to individual employees with a knowingly positive attitude to the information provided. Then, the distribution of information and intercommunication among employees takes place, resulting in a "vector of opinions". The information exchange model developed allows an organization to reasonably plan and exert its information influence on the employees to improve the efficiency of the organization's anthropogenic subsystem. The modeling algorithm of information influences was implemented as a piece of software using the object-oriented programming language C#. The ready-to-use application was tested at the Federal Migration Service of the Astrakhan region.
