The expediency of applying the concept of «person disloyalty» (PD) is substantiated. The advantages of using in order to perform theoretical assessments and forecasts of «disloyalty» of individual employees, their groups, organizational units are substantiated. The directions of the information - telecommunication technologies (ITCT) application in the work of organizations, in particular, in ensuring the information needs of individuals in the process of their activities, are indicated. It is shown that the development of ITCT significantly influenced the following: the conditions for organizations to search for candidates for vacant posts, and for individuals for job places; methods for assessing the professional suitability of candidates and staff; ways to ensure its loyalty in conditions of high information, communication, and sometimes emotional and psychological stress, competition between organizations; the structure of information security threats to organizations, including associated with the use of ITKT staff. A comprehensive mathematical model of «personnel costs» is presented, it allows justifying the rationality of expenses for identifying facts of PD, preventing or reducing the likelihood of occurrences of PD; reducing damage during manifestations of PD - including taking into account the market conditions for the activities of organizations. It is shown that the PD can be «targeted» to the organization as a whole, to the heads of organizations, to individual structural divisions and to their leaders, to groups of employees, to technology for organizing work. The differences between individual and group PD; «passive» and «active» forms of manifestation of PD are considered. A systematic analysis of the PD causes, types, sources of information about the manifestations, and the consequences of manifestations for organizations has been performed. The possibilities of employers using ITKT for the following purposes: assessment and forecast of PD when hiring employees; identify cases of PD working employees; management of PD levels taking into account existing resource limitations, factors of uncertainty and risk; exclusion of PD when it is dismissed from the organization are analyzed. It is shown that it is expedient for organizations to use an integrated monitoring and control system for PD.
