The purposes of use and narcosis kinds are considered. Advantages of intravenous multicomponent narcosis are shown. Factors, which are taken into consideration, when defining preparations quantities entered for narcosis, are considered. The compromise choice model of such quantities, which provides specified anesthesia purposes achievement at the minimum preparations dosage is offered. The expediency is proved and possibilities of dynamic management for narcosis depth, during operation, are described. The factors structure, which are reasonable for taking into consideration in models of narcosis depth management, is analyzed. Variants of the description for dynamics models of preparations concentration in patients blood, in the form of differential equations systems, are offered. The account of stochastic factors in such models is considered separately. Features of numerical modeling for offered equations are specified. The actual reasons and ways of account in models for delayed reactions of patients on entered preparations are separately considered. Variants of the formalized estimation for narcosis instant depth size are described. Methods of an integrated estimation for differences between actual preparations concentrations sets and the wished values of them, during the operation, are offered. In the limits of this methods the description of entered preparations multifunctional action on patients condition parameters is considered. Variants of policy management for patients sets of condition parameters, based on a rule of the maximum affinity to an ideal and invariance of parameters values within the specified zone, are considered. Directions of the further perfection of models are shown.
