As the automated management system we will understand a product consisting of a finite number of elements, united difinitely for implementation of the tasks put. More detailed analysis of life cycle of the automated system shows that among the main stages of a cycle the important place is occupied with tests. Tests are connected to system research in conditions, close to the operational. Tests as a whole represent rather difficult process characterized by diversity of estimated characteristics of tested system, presence only a pre-production model selected for carrying out of tests. Pre-production models are exposed various on the composition and tasks to the tests which purpose is the estimation of quality of functioning of the automated management system characterizing a level of fitness of system for the decision of tasks delivered before it. Process of an estimation of quality of functioning of the automated management system consists in the following: determination of essential properties of system, determination of values of indexes of properties of system, determination of criterion of an estimation of quality of system. Unfortunately, no there is acceptable theory of the tests, allowing to optimize this rather important stage in the life cycle of system. The economic valuation method of quality of functioning of the automated management systems at a stage of their tests is offered in this article.
