The existing automated systems of search designing allow to generate the image of projected object according to some algorithms in the course of interaction of person and computer. The similar automated systems are rooted in some various approaches: • approach of the formalized description of natural-science and scientific and technical effects on the basis of ontology of scientific and technical characteristics; • energy-information model of chains and method of structural parametrical diagrams (EIMC); • approach of structuring physical knowledge and search designing. The paper provides the results of the comparative analysis of automated systems of search designing which allowed: to construct functional models of the considered automated systems of search designing; to reveal the existence of: the invariant component inherent in the considered automated systems of search designing; the variative component inherent in one automated system of search designing on each model of process of design of: conceptual model, infological model, datalogical model; to analyse the variative component of the automated system of search designing on each model of process of design. On the basis of the above-said one may conclude that the automated systems of conceptual design based only on invariant component realize not a full cycle of design of technical object from the point of view of the system analysis. Integration of variative component on each model of process of design on the platform of the automated system which is based on invariant component, would allow to expand its possibilities and as a result to increase the efficiency of search of new technical solutions, thereby to solve a problem of advancing development.
