The existing professional standards in the field of information technology are analyzed. Studied the requirements of employers. A table of correspondence of demanded skills with the requirements of professional standards has been built. A roadmap for programmer training at the University has been compiled. Describes the procedure for training IT professionals on the basis of existing professional standards. The necessity of using the procedures of adaptation of training in the educational system is substantiated. The structure of the adaptation process control subsystem and algorithm of the educational system are described.
