The method of information support of adoption of management decisions in health sector on the basis of the mathematical express analysis of statistics of incidence of the population which are considered in comparison across territories and the periods of time is presented in article. The analysis of diseases of the leading nosological forms characteristic of the area, the region and the country was carried out by means of calculation of the index of the existence of a problem based on a mathematical method of the weighed sums. It is established that it allowed not only, to consider risk factors and dynamics of their indicators, but also by their reduction to uniform dimension, to range on risk zones. At the regional level in health sector problems which solution considerably will increase quality of the medical services rendered to the population are revealed.
