The specifics of carrying out researches by the social and humanities subjects are considered; some features of the Russian researchers international scientific relations development in the field of the humanities, including publications in foreign editions. The main factors of objective and subjective character, complicating such publications, are specified. Taking into account activity conditions of the Russian researchers, working in the field of the humanities, possible approaches to search (selection) of foreign editions for the publication of works are proved. In this article are considered in detail the thematic classifications of the directions of humanitarian researches, applied in repositories of scientific information, the international abstract bases and systems of citing accounting. Authors are analyzed the nomenclature of the different Internet resources, containing data about foreign journals of a humanitarian profile. Also are compared structure and features of information representation on such resources; possibilities of these resources use by the Russian researchers for selection of places for works publication in foreign journals. The conclusion is drawn that ensuring integration of the Russian humanitarian researches into the international scientific space requires gain of information support measures, concerned with possible places for the publication of works in foreign editions.
