Protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals in the processing their personal and anonymized data in digital platforms and information systems when organizing and conducting mass psychological research is the major priority of such studies organizers. Mass psychological research has its own specific features, which are determined by their aims and tasks. The article forms a conceptual approach to the problem of protecting personal and impersonal data during mass psychological research using a psychological platform, develops the main provisions that determine the policy of the operator of the psychological platform regarding the processing of personal and impersonal data, defines joint measures to ensure the security of processed data for those participating in the organization and conducting psychological research on the parties.
