Imitation model, imitation of work of cargo port take into account exogenous factors, determination of quality of logistical service. The increase of efficiency of admission of management solution to improve the quality of work of cargo port is the primary purpose of this work with the use of facilities of imitation design. The developed software product imitates work of cargo port, allows to analyse influence of exogenous factors on the cargo port’s work, determine the optimum parameters of the use of resources and of transacts arrival. Development environment of imitation model is “Arena8.0” with the using of “Crystal Reports”. The model has user-friendly interface.
