In this article the application of method of the analysis of hierarchies to an optimum choice of the supplier is described. In article the list of criteria on the basis of which the choice is made is generated. By the example of a choice from three alternatives the algorithm of acceptance of the best decisions is shown. The method can be realized in the modern automated systems of support of systems of a quality management.
