Macroeconomical conceptual estimation of efficient development of Russian oil-gas complex is given in the article. In accordance to the factors of influence by Kanes and Freeydmen models and information concerning menace and performance of environmental profile a comparative analysis has been made and estimation of Russia’s energetic strategy for the period up to 2020 has been given. Conceptual synergetic model of sustainable development of the Caspian region as international and inter-regional mesoorganization has been formulated.
