Features of “quality of medical aid” as an object of management are considered. Methods of reception of the information for a rating of this parameter, periodicity of data gathering, their volumes are investigated. Possible ways of a quantitative rating of the collected information for a rating of a parameter of quality of medical service are analysed. The basic directions of the decision-making connected with quality management of medical aid are submitted.
