Integrators on operational amplifiers from changeable time constant in article are discussed. Merits and demerits of integrators on switched capacitors are described in the article. The integrator from time constant changed in a wide range is offered. The resistor in the capacity of controlled by a voltage the unipolar transistor with the control p-n-transition is used. The circuit solution allowing to reduce nonlinearity of characteristics of the unipolar transistor is offered.
