Social, economic and cultural changes in the Russian society have demanded from an educational translation system of the text and oral data in the digital form. In the work the analysis of essence and the maintenance of multimedia of the project is made, managerial processes of multimedia by projects in an education sphere are investigated and the functional model of a control system of multimedia is developed by projects which allows to consider multimedia project as a complete system.
