In the article the author examines features of creation of educational test materials with application of the automatic and automated methods, necessity of an estimation of quality of test materials at a stage of their development. The basic mistakes influencing quality of developed test materials are determined. Principles of the organization of the control and quality management of test materials inside high school are offered.
