In the article the processes of informatization and new technologies implementation into existing university’s libraries’ infrastructure and also current state of automated library-information systems market are considered. In accordance with contemporary requirements the model of systems estimation criterions is developed. The article contains existing library-information systems analysis results on the basis of developed system of criterions. The necessity of library system integration into global information system of educational institution is shown.
