The article is devoted to the use of ELECTRE and ELECTRE II methods, developed by a group of French scientists led by Prof. B. Roy. These methods offer an approach to the multicriterion pairwise comparisons of alternatives, which is not based on utility theory. ELECTRE methods aim at solving multiobjective problems without the use of the generalized index of quality. These methods do not contain a quantitative indicators for each of the alternatives, but established only the fact of the superiority of one alternative over another for each of the performance criteria. Based on these data it is concluded.
