The issue of energy saving potential discovering in commercial buildings is discusses according to data mining approach. The solution of such problems it is expedient in the planning phase of work for increasing of energy efficiency. As a solution, the method of potential energy savings calculating is suggested. This method is based on synthesis of the forecasting models. The method includes 5 basic steps and is considered in the article. The implementation and testing on a number of commercial buildings are represented. Conclusions and recommendations for using these methods are also reported.
