Improved management of innovation, the most accurate determination of the degree of riskiness of the project and the profitability of invested capital, the search and identification of potential investors most concerned in the results of the innovative project are impossible without the use of information technology at each stage of project development. The analysis of tools of estimating innovative projects at various stages of vital cycle is realized. It is concluded that it is necessary to use the methods of technological audit with the selection of projects in business incubators, with the formation of a group of companies included in the parks – the methods of swot-analysis, with the implementation of direct and venture capital investments – the methods of decision making under uncertainty. In order to provide effective and integrated management of innovation in the region it is necessary to have a differentiated approach to the choice of models aimed at the manipulation of large amounts of diverse data in order to sample and analyze the information that is adequate to the current phase of vital cycle of an innovation project.
