In article is considered complex of the questions, connected with rehabilitation processes management of hands brushes and fingers (HBaF) after diseases, traumas, surgeries, prosthetics performance. Authors analyze existing approaches to quality and quantitative estimations of HBaF rehabilitation, offer own system of indicators, prove its advantages. Some questions of tool means/methods usage for receiving quantitative estimates of indicators for HBaF motility are investigated. In article are described existing approaches to the rehabilitation actions organization for HBaF, including medicamental and physiotherapeutic influences, a psychological assistance, different types of training, a combination of these approaches. It is shown that complicating factors for management of HBaF rehabilitation processes are: probabilistic nature of reactions for «object of management» at rehabilitation actions; delay of reactions in time; in a number of cases – instability in time of reached rehabilitation results. Authors offered mathematical models for an assessment: completeness of HBaF rehabilitation in fixed timepoint; speeds of rehabilitation process; expected indicators values for HBaF motility at the end of rehabilitation processs.
