This article considers the agent-based approach to develop an information system for supporting project manager in decision-making. The work contains the statistics about projects development for the last 15 years. We discuss the main problems faced by the project manager. The agent technologies suitability is justified here. The work describes the main agent properties. We extract knowledge are as that are supposed to automate. The study introduced quality indexes: external and internal. We identify agents and their actions (without behavior implementation) and show a common architecture which describe cooperation of agents. The article describes initiation process and risk triggering. We use the UML notation to describe all agent interactions.
