The work involves the creation of intelligent information systems aimed at forming and further work with a dedicated single knowledge base of relevant information, the results of the latest research findings, developed the current technical and pharmacological innovations in the field of medicine. Also, is considered the possibility of creating and grouping around a common core of information differently-designed information systems, expert systems, which are not only for informed decision-making, but also to optimize the activities of providing health care services as a result, can be improved quality of research and application of techniques treatment of various diseases. Implementation of proposals expected on the basis of the most in demand these days of client-server technology, hardware virtualization, and data mining technologies using methods of cluster analysis, the application of neural networks.
