The authors analyze the totality of the factors for the sustainable development of networking organizations, enterprises, institution of higher education. Education Network as part of the socio-economic system must be able to overcome obstacles, adapt to changes in the environment due to its development. Educational networks are created to improve the adaptive capacity of sets of educational institutions to the needs of the labor market more efficient use of the capacity of these organizations promote the profile of graduate employment. The work of in institutions of higher education the network contributes to their development in the long term, improve competitiveness and economic stability in the conditions of information economy, makes better use of intellectual capacity, material and labor organizations. The authors substantiate that the complexity of the environment of organizations leads to the need to more fully classify the factors that environment. Analyze the composition of these factors and their features are necessary to evaluate its effectiveness, the networking of organization, enterprises, institutions of higher education.
