Conceptual organization of multi-project management is a sequence of actions, including an in-depth study of pre-domain, high-quality scheduling and finally operational decisions with the appearance of abnormal situations. It's quite long and in some cases, time-consuming process. This article presents a conceptual model for organizing multi-project management; infological organization model pre multiproject research; method of redistribution of tangible and intangible resources, subject appears abnormal situations. Application of these approaches will help to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of the multiproject by switching from traditional hierarchical management techniques to modern principles of project management.
