Authors shown, that ensuring availability and quality of medical care to the population, efficiency of modern medical technologies and equipment application rely on systematic usage for energy resources (ER) of different types. Owing to this fact are actual problems of power safety (PS) ensuring for work of medical institutions (MI); supporting of uninterrupted operation of energy resources supply; controlling of quality indicators for ER. Main objectives and features of structure for ER, applied by various types of MI within their activity, are characterized. In article for each type of ER is considered structure of quality indicators, possible methods of their control from MI positions. Authors are analyzed typical risks, connected with PS ensuring for MI. In article are proved possible methods of management for these risks, considering activity realities of various types of the Russian MI. Possible directions of В«project managementВ» methodology usage in risk management of MI PS are described. Authors offered mathematical models for MI PS management under conditions of resources restrictions and risks.
