Despite the relatively high degree of rigidities of financial institutions, the social subsystem management problems in the banking sector are very sharp. This is due to the fact that the efficiency of the commercial bank is largely determined by the level of preparedness of its staff, in particular, their competence in the field of information security, as almost all categories of bank employees admitted to confidential information: banking, commercial, official secrets, the personal information of customers, etc. On this basis, the aim of this work was the identification of approaches to the management of the social (human) subsystem of a commercial bank, in particular with a view to improving the information security of the financial institution. Analysis of operation allowed to formulate approaches to personnel management in the organizations of the banking industry. The main features of the institutional mechanisms, motivational and informational impact on anthropogenic subsystem. As a result of a general algorithm of social system in the banking sector.
